Premarital sex

We were informed today that ah ying is getting married as she’s going to conceive in 9months time. She’s going to stop her studies for one year and resume after she give birth. Then after that my mother keep preaching to us that premarital sex is a sin and stuff. But is premarital sex bad?

For my own view, I don’t think it is really that bad. As long you are sure that your partner is going to be your partner for the rest of your life. You can’t possible make love with someone who you have no feelings for, no connections, or someone you don’t love if that is the case it won’t be making love but just a sex transaction. Even though the rate of people having one night stand, sexual encounters is on the rise, I don’t think that is a rational decision.  If that is a rational decision, we don’t differ much from animals. Cause simply having sex with anyone is not considered a rational action, isn’t it? It will be a rational action if it’s commercial sex though, as both parties are aware of the consequences and it’s just a loveless, no strings attached transaction where both parties are just making use of each other.

But I think by having premarital sex you will have to consider all the consequences and be prepared for it. At least for ah ying, her husband to be is willing to marry her and not just run away or ask her to go for abortion.

Making love is a natural act. It is a scared and intimate act, an act of love. The problem is most people just aren’t responsible enough to be having it or to be getting married if they think that’s so necessary. Marriages and all other relationships work because of understanding not the feeling of butterflies in the stomach.

You need to do what is right for you, if that is having sex without the benefit of marriage, then that’s your thing, but I would suggest always using protection! Aside from all the STDS you would be opening yourself up to, are you really in a position to be starting a family of your own at this point in your life? There are emotions involved with sexual intercourse, as well as the chance of pregnancy and disease. Therefore it takes both people to trust and love each other, to be dedicated to one another and not to use sex for the wrong reasons. It will be devastating to bring an innocent child into the world without love.

Guess there is no right or wrong as the word morals” are subjective. “Wrong” is subjective as well. Guess each and every one of us has to look inward and make those choices for ourselves.

Anyway, hope they are happy.

Poor sister, mother, neighbors and aunts have been like trying to hint to her to get back with her ex which is my neighbor. They have been telling her that he’s such a good catch, filial child, RICH MAN and stuff. If he’s that good, why don’t they just recommend their daughter or better still they themselves to him. Just shut the fuck up and leave her alone. She broke off with him because there are no more feelings.

 

Do you think she would have broken off the relationship with him if he is that good? I admit that as a friend, Piyo ² is a good guy, friendly, generous to fault and a filial son. But as a girlfriend, we have no idea what he is like. This is something only my sister can attest to. My little sister is growing up and her thinking has changed. It’s just that Piyo ² is not the guy she can envision spending the rest of her life too. When they were together, parents, relatives, neighbors and friends don’t seem to think this relationship is going to work out and stuff; now hearing that he is the SOLE INHERITANCE of his family’s fortune, their eyes glimmer with dollar signs and are pushing her back to him. Just stop it, even if they get back together, which I seriously doubt so; they won’t be giving free money to you money-faced people!  It’s over get it into your head people!

 

Money is no reason for 2 people to stay together. It is love, concern, trust, communication. If money is the main reason, then there will be many girls out there crying. There are just not enough rich, young guys for us. Why must money be so important for them to get back? Why can’t you people believe that a girl can be as successful as a man? Crazy nut, even if they don’t believe you, I will believe you. Jiayou!
