Much ado about nothing

We bought the tickets to Much Ado about Nothing which is a play by William Shakespeare. It was an open seating play held in Fort Canning Park where we are subjected to whatever weather the sky decided to give us. Show was due to start at 7.30pm but due to the wet weather it was delayed close to an hour.
The English spoken in the show was slightly too slang and I was unable to understand some part of it. Adrian Pang was quite funny in the play and watching a play in the park was quite a novel idea. Show was 3hours long and we did not prepare much food hence sister’s boyfriend came to the rescue and ordered pizza hut. If not we would have starved to death which will affect the enjoyment of the play. (Stomach will growl and disturb everyone around us) However if we decide to watch another play at the park, we will be better prepared with food as well as big umbrella or ponchos. Zixuan said that next time he will bring his field pack along as it was reminiscent of his army days seating on grass with rain.
The boyfriend was upset with me in the morning and he almost did not want to watch the play with me. Thank god, we settled it and he turn up for the play. My eyes were even smaller than usual after an afternoon of crying jag. L
Everybody seems to enjoy the play so it was all right. I was at first apprehensive that they might not enjoyed the play and blame me for wasting money. However all’s well that ends well.
After the play, we parted company with sister and her boyfriend. We headed over to Geylang for dim sum. He wanted to show me those prostitutes that worked there however each time we were there, there were police and most of the prostitutes were hiding. We then went jogging in the middle of the night to work off our pizza and late night supper.
I was really upset with the boyfriend and myself that day. It was much ado about nothing but luckily everything turns out well.
